Refunds and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

Please double check your order before placing it to ensure correct, size, color, quantities, etc. 

Damages, Incorrect items and other issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival (within 3 business days) and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We go over all items we send out...however, sometimes it is possible to receive a damaged item. If you think you have a damaged or defective item please contact us at smbcraftycreations@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order

We are human, errors are possible and mistakes do happen. If we send you incorrect items, please contact us at smbcraftycreations@gmail.com so we can correct your order as quickly as possible.

If an item is no longer available we will issue you store credit or a refund.

Shipping Policy

The following are the Terms and Conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All non-custom orders are processed within 10 - 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

The Impacts of Covid-19 may result in shipping delays.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

SMB Crafty Creations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

SMB Crafty Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods until filing a claim. If you paid for Route insurance on your order, you can file a claim with Route.
